What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all credit and debit cards including Amex, crypto currency, and bank transfers.

Can I view the watch before buying?
Viewings are available on an appointment only basis. Please be aware that our stock is spread across the country in various showrooms. A deposit is often required to ship stock to a showroom of your choice.

How do I arrange a viewing?
To arrange a viewing simply complete the form on our contact us page or call and speak to one of our sales team.

Where are you located?
Our flagship boutique is situated in Liverpool city centre, in the iconic Royal Liver Building. We also have showrooms in London’s Hatton Garden, Glasgow and in the USA.

Are you insured?
Yes, all our shipments are fully insured.

How do I know the watch is genuine?
We take enormous pride in ensuring all our watches come from verified and trusted third parties. All watches that come into GMG are vetted by our in-house watch technician who has over 25 years of experience working with the world’s most prestigious watch houses.

Can you explain the difference in conditions of your watches?
Our watches generally come as New, Unworn and Worn/Pre Owned.

New – These watches have not been worn outside of the Authorised Dealership and sold to us usually within a few days/weeks of purchase.
Unworn – These watches may have been owned for a year or two and probably sat in a safe not seeing the light of day. They remain in brand new condition and have not been worn.
Worn – These watches will have been enjoyed by their previous owners and will vary in condition from signs of light wear to well worn. This will be reflected in the advertised price.

Do you offer finance?
Sorry but at this time we don't offer finance options..

What if I’m not happy with the watch when received?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please speak to the sales representative who completed the transaction with you. You can view our full returns policy here

Do you buy watches?
We certainly do! If you are looking for a valuation on your timepiece please complete to form here. One of our sales team will contact you shortly after.

Can I part-exchange my watch?
Yes, part exchanges are welcome. Please speak to one of our sales team who will be happy to assist.

What is consignment?
Consignment is when we advertise your timepiece on your behalf. You will receive more money when consigning your timepiece than selling to us outright. We require your timepiece on consignment for a minimum of 30 days. You can choose to leave your timepiece with us, fully insured or have it readily available to us within 24 hours’ notice.

Why do you need a deposit?
We only need a deposit when either buying in an item of stock for you to gain commitment or if you want to hold a watch to view in person. A deposit is not required when buying in full, online.

Does the price include VAT?
All prices on pre-owned watches are sold on the VAT margin scheme. As we deal in pre-owned watches the VAT has already been paid when the watch was purchased. Our VAT Number is GB326846186

Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally, fully insured, using either of our shipping partners, FedEx or DHL. You can see our shipping policy in full here.
