Refunds and Returns

Thank you for your custom. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item, for any reason you must first discuss this with the salesperson who sold you the item. Returns are subject & at the discretion of GMG Watches / the salesperson. Any dispute MUST be raised within 7 days of purchase.

If agreed upon, the item must be returned to GMG Watches, either by hand or secure courier, unless agreed otherwise.

RETURNS

All returned items must be in the same condition as received. Should there be any changes or damages you may be charged to restore the item back to (sold condition). This will be deducted from any money held by GMG Watches.

RETURN PROCESS

Salesperson will provide details of the location that any item must be sent back to. Please ensure you have full details, checked & confirmed before sending or returning.

REFUNDS

Upon safe return of any purchase, our specialist team will check over the item & ensure that there are no damages / changes. Once happy a refund slip will be passed to our accounts department & your refund will be issued.

Please note refunds can take up to 14 days.

DEPOSITS

Deposits typically 5% are strictly not refundable.

A deposit will only be taken by GMG Watches Ltd where a commitment to buy has been obtained. At this point, after the completion of a sale the customer then has 7 days to raise a refund request as per the above process if they are not completely satisfied.
