GMG Watches Ltd “The Great Car Giveaway” Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period: The giveaway commences on 1st March 2024 at 12:00 AM and concludes once all tickets are allocated.

2. Eligibility for Entry: Entry into the giveaway is granted only to customers who have been invoiced and completed payment for purchases made on or after 1st March 2024.

3. Ticket Allocation: A maximum of 300 tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis through sales by GMG Watches Ltd. For every purchase exceeding £10,000, the purchaser will receive one ticket. For example, a £37,000 purchase entitles the purchaser to three tickets.

4. Discretionary Tickets: Additional tickets may be awarded at the management team’s discretion.

5. Announcement of Giveaway Date: The date for ‘The Great Car Giveaway’ will be disclosed on GMG Watches Ltd’s social media platforms once all 300 tickets have been distributed.

6. Age Restriction: Participants must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for entry.

7. Prize Options: The winner has the option to choose between the car or a £23,000 store credit at GMG Watches Ltd.

8. Prize Claim Period: Winners must claim their prize within 14 days following the draw.

9. Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on YouTube and Instagram, and GMG Watches Ltd will initiate contact with them.

10. Consent to be Filmed: By accepting the ticket(s), participants consent to be filmed receiving their prize for content to be published on YouTube.

11. Rights to Cancel or Amend: GMG Watches Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email.

12. Compliance and Verification: Winners are subject to verification and must provide necessary personal information for prize allocation.

13. Refunds and Amendments: Participants who receive a refund or price amendment on their purchase may forfeit their tickets at the management’s discretion. Notifications regarding such decisions will be communicated accordingly.
