UK Mainland: Swift and Secure
For orders within the UK mainland, we provide next day special delivery when orders are placed before 2pm. Orders made after this time or during weekends will be shipped on the next working day. Each shipment requires a signature upon delivery, and you’ll receive tracking information on the day of dispatch.
In-Store Collection: Personal Convenience
Visit us in our Liverpool, London, or Glasgow stores for an in-person collection experience. Simply inform our sales team of your preferred location upon purchase. Please ensure you bring photographic ID and proof of purchase when collecting your timepiece.
International Orders: Worldwide Assurance
For international orders, we offer fully insured shipping through our trusted partners, FedEx or DHL. Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) will be shipped the following day. However, it’s important to note that local customs and excise processes can sometimes introduce delays. Should any delays occur, we will notify you promptly.
International orders might be subject to duties imposed by local customs and excise authorities. Please be aware that any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid in full to receive your goods. The rates will vary depending on your country of residence.
